1. What products do you sell? We specialize in silicone liners designed specifically for air fryers. Our liners are made from food-grade, heat-resistant silicone that fits most standard baskets, catching drips and preventing food from sticking. They make cooking and cleanup much simpler.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time. So if you're anywhere in the US, we can get our liners to your door.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer Standard shipping which takes 7-14 business days and costs $15. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch, so please factor that in. Once your order leaves our facility, the clock starts on those business days.
4. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you must contact us first to start the process. Unless the item is defective, you will cover the return shipping costs.
5. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to see where your package is and when it's expected to arrive.
6. Are the liners safe for high temperatures? Yes, our silicone liners are heat-resistant up to 450°F, which is well above what most air fryers reach. They're also BPA-free and food-grade, so you can cook with peace of mind. Just follow the manual's guidance for your specific model.
7. How do I clean the liners? These liners are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup, or you can hand wash them with warm soapy water. They're flexible, so stubborn bits can be rinsed away quickly. Make sure they're fully dry before storing them.
8. Will the liner fit my air fryer? Our liners are designed to fit most round and square baskets, typically between 4.5 and 6 quarts. We recommend measuring your basket's interior dimensions to compare. If you're unsure, reach out to us with your model number and we'll confirm compatibility.
